Radhika Mulani brings over 15 years of rich experience in finance, audit, and compliance across India
and the UAE. A commerce graduate and a CA Finalist, she leads Innerwork Financial & Accounting
Advisors Pvt. Ltd. as its Director, steering its core practice areas bookkeeping, tax filings, audit
support, and financial reporting.

Her professional journey includes key roles at Tradecorp Logistics DMCC and Puthran Chartered
Accountants in Dubai. At Tradecorp, she was actively involved in managing accounts for procurement
and logistics operations, gaining firsthand experience in financial workflows linked to international
trade and supply chains. At Puthran Chartered Accountants, she managed audits under international
standards, led consolidations, and conducted detailed financial analysis across diverse sectors.

Director at Innerwork Financial & Accounting Advisors Pvt. Ltd., she integrates behavioral

She is currently pursuing her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calcutta. With
academic ranks in both postgraduate and undergraduate studies, Akansha blends research

postgraduate qualification (MBA) in Finance where she was awarded the Gold Medal for
academic excellence she combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic and impact-driven
approach to finance.

and ESG advisory. Her background in corporate tax was shaped by her tenure at
PwC, where she

frameworks, and cross-border transactions. Her deep understanding of statutory compliance and
financial reporting was further sharpened through high-stakes engagements across industries.

Arjumand Firdous is a CA Finalist with strong expertise in accounting, financial
reporting, and statutory compliance. She has a deep understanding of Accounting
and Auditing Standards and excelsin the preparation and presentation of financial
statements for private limited companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships,
individuals, and cooperative societies.

S. Hussain & Co., Chartered Accountants, she handled statutory and tax audits,

cleared her CA Intermediate, securing the highest marks in Financial Management in the Eastern
Region. She began her articleship at Chunder Khator & Associates, Chartered Accountants, where she
gained exposure to GST audits and consultancy for listed companies. She later joined S. Hussain &
Co., Chartered Accountants, where she worked extensively across GST matters, Income Tax
proceedings, demand and recovery cases, international taxation, complex accounting issues, MCA
compliance, and company incorporations. She has also prepared and filed numerous tax returns and
drafted detailed replies across various regulatory matters.
